To ensure that our customers can use our products with peace of mind, we offer free repairs in accordance with the following regulations.

1. Free Repair Provisions
- Subject to: fraying of seams with normal use
- Duration : Until the leather becomes torn due to long-term use.
- Cost : Repairs are free of charge. However, except for cases of initial defects, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from the product.
2. Regarding initial defects
- An initial defect refers to a product that has not been used after purchase. Even if the product has been opened, it will be treated as an initial defect if it has not been used.
- If the product has already been used, we may not be able to treat it as a manufacturing defect, so please check the product carefully before use.
3. Not covered by repair
Free repairs cannot be provided in the following cases:
- Damage other than at the seams
- Broken or missing leather at seams
- Holes in leather due to wear, punctures, etc.
- Products without a warranty
- Loss of warranty card (repair may be subject to a fee)
- Products not handled by our company
4. How to request repairs
- Please contact us via the chat on the bottom right of the official GRIP SWANY website to let us know about the repair.
- Follow the chat instructions to check if your device can be repaired.
- If the product can be repaired, please send it along with the warranty card to the address below.
- In case of initial failure: The entire product including packaging materials
- For repairs: Warranty card and gloves
- The repair period is approximately 10 days to 2 weeks after the product arrives.
- Once the repair is complete, the product will be returned to you cash on delivery (if the product is defective upon receipt, you will be charged the shipping fee to return the product).
